I saw the ad again, too. I assume the problem is the usual one that layout is
done several months in advance.
I placed two orders and got 7-8 cars, mostly PRS's, tried a third time in early
October and the website listings
for S scale came up empty. Most of the cars are likely to get a stripping,
except perhaps the Canandaigua Southern
covered hoppers.
