All --

Sure, there's a Chinese problem. But this affects all scales, and it will be
resolved. There is also substantial pressure on China to revalue its currency,
making Chinese products significantly more expensive. I expect that both of
these factors will result in model railroad production moving back to the
states.

As to new products -- I see these all the time. My February 2011 "S Curves"
column in "Model Railroad News" is devoted to three manufacturers who have
decided to venture into S scale with entirely new products. I won't tell you
what they are here, but I will name the companies: Model Memories, Great
American Locomotion, and Imagine That.
