Is there any one of you who would be willing to donate their time and effort to
produce Autocad files for two patterns for S scale full-width passenger-car
diaphragms? I have exact-size two-dimensional digital patterns as JPEGs. The
objective is to get these made commercially. I have a source for laser-cut
diaphragm components once I have Autocad files. Diaphragms would have an inner
plate (against the car end), an outer striker plate, an accordion inner paper
diaphragm, and a slightly elastic dyeable white cloth strip outer diaphragm.
The edges of the cloth would be glued to the edges of the plates.
I have no commercial interest in tnis project. Once everything is ready for
production, an existing vendor is already lined up to market these. I would
simply be another customer.
