I recently completed and produced a run of the PRR X29D 40-ft boxcar in HO
for Wright Trak Models. Go to their web site (http://wrighttrak.com/) to
view the pilot model, which had a dip in the roof corner that I missed the
first time around but was corrected in production. The CAD files and
patterns were not affected by this problem; I was in a rush to assemble the
master body to meet the Naperville, IL RPM show deadline this past October.
If there is sufficient interest for an S scale version, I will gladly
produce it but I need at least 80 reservations to make it worthwhile.
Please look at Gary's web site and contact me OFF LIST if you are
interested. Price will be $80/kit including couplers and decals, excluding
trucks. SHS' PRR truck is suitable for this car.
