I just couldn't recall hearing or seeing one of the older tank cars imploding. That isn't saying it didn't happen, but maybe it was less likely or prevalent because of lower volume. I did, however, have an older tank car split an end and begin pouring gasoline all over the ground, in a refinery of all places. That got some attention, I'll guarantee it!
