I retired at 60, eleven years ago. The statistics were with me. The average
life expectancy for a Boeing manager who retired at 65 was 18 months. The
average for a Boeing manager who retired at 60 was 19 years. So I have another
eight years to operate my model railroad and build locos and passenger cars. I
am indeed a happy camper!
