Are Pegler Blue and Wabash Blue one in the same?. Are the RS-11s the ones that came from the Nickel Plate? DJE

Tom Geetings All; I don't believe the N&W had any RS-3's until they mrged with other roads. They did received new & painted red some Also RS-11's. They were also used in passenger service.
