I presume you had a lot. History takes its toll.
But if you got the constant blast of HUDSON HIGH and Jack Armstrong every day
for years like I did ,especialy being lousy in basketball and football.
Never heard much of it after my Pacific "Cruise" with the Second Marine
Division.
I imagine you have seen some broad "ideas" about differnt religeous groups My
mother grew up as Irish Catholic. We were Episcopalian. Most family members did
not care. But some others!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh Boy
I did not plan to offend you. So if I did I apoligize

We have rented rooms to students over the years . 1 Pakistani, 2 Bahai, 1
Syrian (was here with the Bahai), 1 Chinese. and an Iranian math teacher for 3
years. We had a ball. But no Flyer fans.
I have a very close friend (A Catholic Priest) who wasa Marine D I.)
John Armstrong

We should talk some day

I hope to say this only once: I had more cheap shots at my family name in
grade school than anyone needed in an entire lifetime and
have always hoped that adults had more subtle understandings of what passed
for humor. The past sixty years have convinced me,
sadly, that this is not always true.
