John, I don't know if you know it, but it is no longer named just Future. I bought a bottle last year (I believe at Wally World), and it was labeled Pledge with Future Shine.
In my case, the weird characters weren't on Bob's message, just yours. It must be a California thing <g>. I am not sure if it is my email client, but I get really random and goofy looking letters in some of the messages from this list (and only this list).
