I would agree with the micro scale process if one is not sure about their
decaling skills. Solvaset can be diluted with water but it takes some
experience while the micro scale system is pretty fool proof.
This is assuming you have a smooth glossy surface to decal on? If it's rough
I'd use future under the decal with no setting solution needed although that's
something that needs to be practiced on test shells before doing a keeper
