Bill,

Digi-Key shows a number of panel mount LED's, some bi-color in their
catalog. Check out pages 2822-2823 of their online catalog for a start.
You should be able to access manufacturer's data sheets online from the
Digi-Key site for detailed information.

Mouser Electronics also has some.

All Electronics might have some, but they are more of a surplus place, so
it's more hit or miss, and some of their stuff is used, but they will tell
you.

I've dealt with all three (and others) over the years.

Subject: {S-Scale List} LED update

All,

I talked to Bill last night. The LEDs are from Miniatronics which means they
are not anything special. I am getting a pack of them to fiddle with. For
future I am probably going to be looking for the 3 leg LEDS, and I think
they would be easier to wire. In a moment of brain fade I thought Bill's
were in a panel mount, but he said they are just force fit into a hole in
the panel. Nonetheless I will still endeavor to hopefully find a suitable
panel mounted LED or useable bezel.

Thank You,
Bill Lane
