You can purchase PC board ties from Fast Tracks in two different varieties. They have long and thin PC board ties which are designed to be cut to length and used in the creation of turnouts using their jigs. You will also have to file a gap in the copper cladding to prevent shorts between the two rails. They also sell PC board ties which are standard thickness and standard rail length for use with tracks (as opposed to turnouts). These come pre-gapped.
