Bob:
Are you talking about the new stuff made by EMD in the 1970's, or are you
asking about the 1st generation EMD power delivered in the 1950's that some
railroads rebuilt in the 1970's to extend service life?
While I am not a 1:1 engineer, I can tell you that SP painted the cab interiors
on their EMD 1970's era rebuilds sea green.
PBL carries the color in their Star Brand paint line.
