S Scalers don't support the hobby. Duh! I've been at this a long time and I
knew that S scale modelers are on the bottom of the model railroad pile,
even in S gauge. There wouldn't even be S scale modeling at all without the
American Flyer - High Rail train people. Ask the American Models, S Helper
service and S scale America manufacturers.

You want a nice Round Top Box Car, get it from Lehigh Valley Kits.
(717-747-0493) Stan Furmanak won best in show with one at the Baltimore NASG
convention several years ago.

Anyway, I can understand John's disappointment, and John has worked hard at
this project, I can sympathize with him and many others throughout the
years whose hopes and dreams went up the chute in smoke. (Pun un-intended)

But S scale is very much alive and well and I'm glad that I model in it!

Sssshhhh, don't tell Mary, but that Reading GP35 project cost me a couple
hundred dollars.

Now I think I'll go work on my re-furbished layout! LOL

Warm Regard"S"

Bill (Fraley)
