Bill and all

I've been an S dealer only since 2001 but into S from the mid 50's. It amazes
me how many guys express vile towards the high railers who support the biggest
part of the S market. Does anyone really believe we would have SHS, AM, Des
Plaines and some others if there was only the scale market. Don't get me wrong
as I am converted to scale also, but I also know what keeps the market going
from sales experience.

I have been feeling the depressed market as much as anyone and know that I will
have to tough it out for at least another year or more before things liven up.
Many of my customers are suffering unemployment, underemployment and other
financial ailments but many express the hope to be buying again soon
nonetheless. I have products I brought out in laser kits myself sitting on the
shelf waiting for the uplift. When things change, I have a couple more planed
including an old style covered lumber yard unless someone beats me to it.. My
other businesses in photography and construction are in the same boat.

The buyers will support us when they can guys and gals so toughen up. I hope
to meet some of you at the NASG sale day in Sacramento.
