Howdy!

We appreciate Bert's kind comment.  He provided the Houda originals along
with Earl Henry to recreate the whole product line.

We have a full line of LW/HW underside detail parts.  We complement them
with Billy Wade's fine brass detail parts in our passenger car kits when people
need them.

To date we have orders for 85 kits.  They are NYC (32), CZ (28), ACL (3),
SRR (3), KATY (6), CP (7), SAL (4), and NP (2).  We have delivered to date 42
kits.  Whew!!!

Currently we are packing 16 more CZ kits.

All but a few will have the new Mid Century underside details.  Those of
you who attended the convention at DULUTH got to see and handle this new
product line which completely upgrades and replaces the old HOUDA products with
Ladd's blessing.  He gave us a green light to improve his old line and bring it
back.

We  appreciate all the support and orders.  We will be posting a series of
plans for those cars already ordered in the file section ASAP.  You can visit
www.thesupplycar.net to see the cars that were at the conmvention this past
year.

Thanks,

Bob McCarthy

Bob W.

Did you see the S Scale insert in RMC. Say what you want about the rest of it,
I was pleasantly surprised by the Palace Car Co ad in the group.

I do have some Houda parts on hand, but can readily see they are not exactly
state of the art, that there are or at least should be better ones available.
I do not know what Bob McCarthy has, haven't seen any of it except for brass
parts previously bought from Billy Wade. Trouble is, Ladd had his problems
with the resins, and is no longer around.

I have not attempted anything since before I went down in March 09, but would
welcome some info on how you are doing.

I need a little help. I've started to refurbish some of my passenger

car fleet with the Ptototype S Parts that Ladd Houda put out. If any of

you have actually installed some of these items please contact me--off

line is okay.

Additionally if any of you have any of these parts you won't be needing

contact me also--I'm looking for some of the larger pieces.
