Dear Friends,

If Bill Lane produces the "Container boxes" identical to Ed Loizeaux's
patterns, Ed could in turn sue for violation of patents, he legally has that
right.

However, all of this is "Silly Time," for all Ed originally wanted to do was
correct how the founding of the Containers came about and who participated
in it.. It was Ed Loizeaux, not Stan Furmanak. Stan built the models for Ed.
Ed compensated Stan well for his work. I've seen many items that Ed "Gave"
to Stan for his work. Ed is very generous, perhaps generous to a fault when
modeling for him. Stan was very appreciative of Ed's generosity. Other's
that Stan modeled for were also very generous, Wally Collins being one of
the others.

Folks, I was there, I (and my wife Mary, with Linda) were at Stan's home by
his side when he was at his end time and he made these decisions. Due to all
that Stan "earned," Stan's widow Linda is being compensated through the sale
of his modeling estate. (Believe me, Stan is very satisfied with this
compensation. forgive the past tense!)

I know of at least four more modelers who also have the same containers,
what should they do, put them on the floor and "stump" on them, ala Rollie?
Of Course not!

To our moderator; It's time to get off of this subject and I'm recommending
that all this "Silliness" stop, NOW!

"S"incerely,

 Bill (Fraley)
