Clarles, Mike, all Bill Winans put me on to the Rio Grande Models yesterday, I have decided to go with the items that Charles has recommended below. However that Tamiya dozer would have worked just as well and it is really nice looking.

The prototype was quite small, which makes it usable in S. The model is 75mm long or about 15 feet in 1:64. The model is of a little known make which help makes it less identifiable as something foreign.
