I presume you started with AF flat cars? Looks good! I like the sea of

I just uploaded a photo in the Files section showing my progress on the
SHABBONA RR flat car fleet. I extended the deck out over the stake pockets
by adding .060 x.060" styrene strip along the edges of the original deck,
then drilled out the stake pockets with an 0-80 tap drill then reaming them
out with a 1/16" drill.
The project is not complete, yet, but I painted the deck on the lead car in
the back track to show how the finished product will look. The second car
has the strips added, but not scribed to match the cast deck. The front car
shows a conversion without the deck modifications (yet)
