I mentioned to the group that I emailed him and it turns out he grew up in Rockville, MD as I grew up in Wheaton MD nearby, we both went to U of MD, he was a Montgomery County police officer, as Rockville and Wheaton are in that county. He now lives in Maine, Scarborough, as I know that area well, very close to Lobster Shack in Cape Elizabeth Maine, near Portland, just threw that in to make you hungry for a lobster roll. Anyway, I think I have a new friend. The website above is about a rr tower near College Park, as this is just one link to the site. I never knew about this tower near U of MD.
