I've put photos in my album of what I've been working on. The eared
universal is for a D&RGW 0-6-0 drive that is in one of the photos. It is a
3/16" ball with 1/16" ears and has a 2.4 mm hole for mounting on a Sagami motor
shaft The other parts are for GENERAL STEEL CASTINGS express trucks that will
have sprung individual journals.
I think I've finished reworking the 2 GS-4's and next up I will be installing
DCC sound. Plans are to install QSI in one and Loco Whatever in the other, then
paint etc.
I have am OMI diesel here that belongs to a modeler and two of the geaar box
cover halfs have turned to powder. I plan on casting up cover halfs for the
OMI axle drives unles some out there has some extras. i really don't think any
extras are floating around but I thought I would at least ask before I make
moulds and cast up a couple of brass ones.
