Welcome to the group. I WAS the young'un back in 1988. When I started with the Central Jersey S Scalers in 1988 I was the youngest person in SCALE they knew that had no ties to another active S Scaler. I will be 49 in 2 weeks. So yes at 37 and a S newbie, I would say you currently hold the title. Ohio is generally a good place for S - more so than some parts of the country. The NASG convention has been in the Cleveland area twice since I have been a member. The tradition of a club/region hosting the convention every 10 years was true twice for Cleveland but 2012 will be in Chattanooga. 2013 is open! Keep us up to date on your new venture. S IS the perfect size. We can pick off the modelers from other scales 1 at a time..
