Hello to everyone out in S land. It is a bit warm here in Minnesota, heat
index about 110, now I know that is nothing to many of you but it is unusual
here. Needless to say, the ice is off the lakes. Reminds me of a NASG
Convention in New Jersey many years ago.
Yesterday, we hosted our annual Blues picnic, nice crowd, the heat made us feel
we were on the Delta, Saturday night the Northern Pacific Historical
Association convention closed out, it has been a busy time. The next few weeks
look pretty open so i hope to escape the heat by hiding in the basement working
on the trains, with any luck, I might even catch up with some of the Pines and
Prairies guys.
