Probably the most overlooked rule on this and most other Lists:
- When you REPLY, edit the previous message so that you re-send only what is
needed to provide context for your message.
Perhaps it’s just a matter of some folks not knowing how to edit out
information that doesn’t
need repeating! Along with the rule for using correct grammar and punctuation,
using a spell
checker is also helpful!
