This comes a bit late, but it appears I do have an extra decal for a CGW 50'
gondola. I had begun the project back in November, possibly even before then.
At any rate, the project is nearly complete now, and I am about to affic the
decals. I have two extra unless something goes horribly wrong with my
application. Let me know whether you are still interested in having such a
decal.

Tom

William,

I regret to inform you that the person making the order had already sent
the order in by the time I received your post. He informs me, however,
that he will be ordering additional decal sets as he receives orders.
I'll see how things come out. I might be able to supply you with one if
that would be of any help to you. Let me know.

Tom

To all on the list:

A member of the CGW list has created the artwork for a Chicago Great
Western gondola. The gon I refer to was built in 1952 by the Pullman
Company, I believe. This is not a fishbelly gon, such as is produced by
AM, but a straight gon, similar to the AF gon but 50-feet in length. It
is black and has silver lettering. The decals are eight Dollars per set.
If anyone is interested, please inform me by this evening since I have
to send off the order.

The list member has already created the set in HO and since then has
received requests for sets in N, O, and now in S. This gon could be
created by splicing two AF gons and either creating a PS-1 type end
which the gon had or by using the PS-1 type end from a KASLO box car. It
really does not seem like a very big project at all.

Well, let me know this evening. I will be sending an order in tomorrow
morning.

Tom
