I'm in for two at least. Roster with phases here: http://www.trainweb.org/jaydeet/gp38.htm Although my own interests run to the earlier phases, a Phase IIb would cover the most ground. Diesel Era ran a nice series on the GP38 in 1997. Aside from the C&O/B&O 1967 order, GP38s were purchased in rather small amounts until the PC tidal wave started in 1969.
