Hi Andre --

Thanks for the positive comments. I still have a lot to learn about taking
video and then getting it posted to the internet. Future videos ought to be
more attractive.

All dual gauge trackwork must be hand laid as there is no commercial product.
Even in HO, dual gauge trackwork is highly limited, and if you want anything
other than a fully dual gauge #6 turnout, you are on your own. The rail in
the video is code 100, but I go all the way down to code 55 on some of the
narrow gauge track.

My old video camera (super 8 camcorder) took those rail and wheel noises and
really made them sound good. This camera tells it like it is... Sound will
be coming to the SLE&P as DCC gets more in play. Right now, I am using a PFM
sound system for power with alligator clips to the buss lines, and the only
sound equipped loco is at the painter.

Have fun!

Very nice Bill! Love your trackwork. What code rail, and are those hand laid
switches?

By the way, the natural sounds of the train passing were VERY realistic
sounding.
