David, Read to the bottom and found your comment on the DS boxcars. We are starting with a version with channel stock underframe that was what we showed at DULUTH. We are having a 6" queen post devloped that will be in industrial urethane. We also have access to shorter ones by GRANDT Line in black styrene. Depends upon how you wish to build the car. Will discuss with you when we talk. Thanks, Bob McCarthy THE SUPPLY CAR

A quick google search returned a few hits. This article in the B&O modeler on building an HO transfer version is quite interesting http://www.borhs.org/modelermag/BO_Modeler_6_2010_JulAug.pdf It indicates the I-1 cabooses existed from 1913-1970. Anyone interested in more details should review the article... All 3 options are quite tempting...Might go well with a SHS 2-8-0 ;-) Dave K. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Edward Sauers" <[email protected]> To: "narrowtracks" <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, July 31, 2011 2:36 PM Subject: Re: {S-Scale List} Re: S scale double sheathed boxcar kits next products from THE SUPPLY CAR Dave, I will answer for Bob, Yes they are still available, just email Bob at [email protected] and place your order. The caboose comes in 3 versions, the "as delivered" this the early version and is like the one posted in the photo section, the "wide porch with hanging steps" version which was is more modern, and a "transfer" version without a copula. Bob also offers decals, truck, and brake rigging as options. Bob, I found your website, but could not find the listing for the cabooses.
