Anyway, for custom "S" scale decals try Dave Benson @ http://www.lbrenterprisesllc.com. He just made up some Union Pacific B-50-17 boxcar decals for me and the cost was very reasonable. He has an incredible selection on his website and might have what you need in stock. I've never had custom decals made before but this being "S" scale I know I'll be having more made up.
