Actually, they are pretty much ARE owned by the same interests, ideology  
changing.   IF I recall, "outsiders' coming in to make decisions, like  most 
other businesses.  
One local company has just locked out their union workforce to "cut  
costs",   just posted a 41% profit increase for the last  quarter.  CEO gets 
12-15 
million, per annum.
