Grandt Line sells full AB brake sets including Ajax wheels for about 5.00, maybe 6.50.
Upgrade a couple of AM boxcars, and use the AM wheels in your Baldwin cabs, or just upgrade the under body gear in the cars and use the Grandt wheels in the locos. Ye Old Huff-n-Puff have the Stewart cast metal brake wheels, or maybe there are some oversize HO parts in your scap box from when you modeled in "How Ordinary" scale...
