I often wondered how that information was compiled. I haven't seen Brooks' article yet. Seems as though our mailman was mugged not far from our home. We had sent out a check that never arrived, but worse yet the substitute carrier apparently mixed our home up with an abandoned home next door, so sometimes our mail is being sent back. My Dispatch went that route so I can only assume my NMRA mag has gone that way also.
Now if Bill can make it, make sure those candy bars are kept cool as that area can get a little warm in summer.
