Mainly, because we can check a box to notify the list that we have posted 
something in the files section. I always reduce my photos to a maximum of 700 
pixels on the long side, and they are always 100KB or less.

I found out a long time ago you have to post photos full size to the Photos 
section and let Yahoo reduce them. Otherwise they will reject them.
