There under the track magnet might work but you will always uncouple when stopped over it. The Precision Vintage Classics UR-3 works and only uncouples when you activate it. It installs under the ties thru the roadbed and comes assembled ready to install. No modification of the car couplers is required. It works with the stock Kadee 802 coupler box and coupler spring.
