Paul:

The locations I am planning to use the permanent magnet uncouplers
are not on the main line, so I am not concerned with accidental uncoupling.  
Also, the track is already painted and ballasted in these locations, so I am 
hesitant to install under the track uncouplers.

It will be easy to disguise these uncouplers as road crossings, but I am 
wondering if the Kadee HO magnets are wide enough to properly uncouple the 
Kadee 802's on S-scale track.
