I should know this answer, but don't, so I'm throwing out a dumb question. 

Are Sn3 freight cars built to the same the physical dimensions as S standard 
gauge only sitting on smaller (narrow gauge) trucks.  

I know Sn3 is narrow gauge and the prototype cars tend to be smaller physically 
than standard gauge cars, but if I find a Sn3 car that fits my railroad needs 
can I put standard gauge trucks on it and it will be dimentionally correct for 
standard gauge?
