Spoke with Scott Mann of Sunset at York PA regarding SP Pacifics. He said they were not dead yet, but he simply doesn't have enough orders to proceed. He did not say what was magic number. He said he uses his website to determine when & if to proceed. He doesn't require deposits, but does require a commitment thru his website. If you don't honor your commitment when it is time to pay, you are "blacklisted" from future orders. As long as it is advertised on his website, he is still considering it.
