IIRC, Jim Whipple used to offer an etched brass "kit" for a P&LE heavy duty
flatcar. The nice part was it came with a
decent set of Buckeye trucks. The whole kit cost less than you could get
trucks for elsewhere. If you have such a need,
it might be worthwhile to contact him and see about getting a flat car if he
has some left.
