Another way of getting nickel silver strip to your particular
requirements is to etch it from sheet of the required gauge. There
are obviously setup costs for going down this road and your
requirements might be at a level that make the unit cost very high.
But if you can find an etcher whose costs are reasonable, that might
be a way round your problem. The CAD work for the photo tool for
etching is very straightforward.
