Michael....
Does an A-B-B-A count as one loco or four locos? All are powered. What if one
unit was a dummy? If'n a loco has two motors, does that count as two locos?
Does a Big Boy count the same as a Dockside? Should we count axles, perhaps?
If the loco is broken and cannot run, does that count as zero locos? If the
loco is not painted does that count as a half loco? Do freelanced locos count
for anything? (joke)
And then there is the narrow gauge aspect.........
