http://home.pcisys.net/~glenn_butcher/railroading/motorcartypes.html It appears the 30 inch wheels are a bit large, as 20" diameter appears to be the maximum size listed, with many below that. I wonder if you couldn't find some HO spoked wheels that that would work? The wheelbase might also be shortened if possible, most seem to be four feet or less. Pieter E.
