I really like this proposal. This is better than what I tried to propose last week (a group of pattern makers). We do the research and provide documentation that Eworthon converts to Solidworks.
I know AutoCAD and Revit (that can be exported to AutoCAD). How hard is it convert vector based 2D AutoCAD drawings into Solidworks (or is 3D better)? Then we need to find a caster and manufacturer who will find it economically viable to pick up the ball from there with the understanding that we do all the heavy lifting on the drawing and CAD file side.
