Technically speaking, subscribers are entitled to a refund for undelivered
issues. Realistically speaking, most folks never request it. If the Publisher
declares bankruptcy, forget about refunds. Otherwise, it might be worth an
inquiry. The value of undelivered issues is normally so small that pursuing it
legally is not worth the effort or cost. Good luck....Ed L.
