The press release mentions that the magazine has ceased publication.  The
magazine was published by Lamplight Publishing and there is no mention that
they have ceased operations.  That is most likely where you would request a
refund.

Technically speaking, subscribers are entitled to a refund for undelivered
issues.  Realistically speaking, most folks never request it.  If the
Publisher declares bankruptcy, forget about refunds.  Otherwise, it might be
worth an inquiry.  The value of undelivered issues is normally so small that
pursuing it legally is not worth the effort or cost.  Good luck....Ed L.
