Time for an update. This weekend I was able to prepare the roadbed for the upgraded minimum radius that was behind my workbench. The pictures show what was accomplished. I used Woodland Scenics grade kit to simplify the curving drop to what will be a sceniced open staging yard. I'm very happy with the way it came out. I also show the first attachment point for the liftout to provide entrance into the layout. I was supposed to hang some sheet rock today, but my daughter wanted to go Christmas shopping. She took my helper (her husband) with her...I was so disappointed :o)
