I think Dave has brought up a great way to help out our scale. Not many of us will get a full feature in RMC or MR. Many of us will not be published with a great construction article like Brooks did in the NMRA magazine, but we can push our minority scale in the various historical and railroad specific modeling groups. Just like the below mentioned RI car, other like minded modelers will check out the car and just maybe they'll say--"hey, not bad, I didn't know S had that XXXX! I'm not happy modeling in O--never enough room---maybe I should switch to S" Snagged another fish!
And BTW Bob, nice job, but when did you start farming out your painting? I thought you were forming brushes with little bits of unraveling string! Just kidding.
