Tom: The M&StL boxcar is an American Models car that goes back to the mid-1980's. The green is Testor's, I don't remember what shade, and the lettering is dry transfers, most likely CDS. I messed up one side, thus keep it away from the viewing side of the layout, although it simply looks like peeling paint, not uncommon on RR rolling stock.
Black ends and roof? I don't know, I'll have to go out to the layout and look at it again. I know I probably had some sort of prototype info when I painted it, though.
