Hi Rich.....
I am not sure anyone has ever defined exactly what a "SIG kind of guy" really
is. Is there an optimum profile for such a person? That is an interesting
thought to be sure. All I can say is that if you are interested in S scale
modeling, then you are an ideal candidate to join the S Sig.
We don't care what kind of guy you are. Be whatever you want to be. As long
as you accept the S Sig's definition of "scale" (it is on the web site) and do
not post off-topic messages, you will be able to keep out of trouble. Our
Moderator has a mean wet noodle. (No insinuations here about Pieter or Bill!)
You might become a SIG kind of guy sooner than you think if you enjoy rubbing
elbows with other like-minded people. That is what all the SIGs are about.
Birds of a feather flock together. It ain't all that bad and you should try
it. I know it is not the excessive cost that concerns you. But I cannot reduce
the price below free.
See you there.
