I got one end of one loco converted to scale, wheels and KD coupler, and the coupler height comes out right where it should be.
The only hints I would offer are to keep track of which length screws come out of which holes, and glue the little brass washers or spacers to the pilot before putting the pilot back on. And don't be ashamed to read the manual that comes with it. Tom Hawley -- Lansing Michigan
