I'm sure it would. There's lots of stuff in lionel TMCC locos but
if you strip it down to the bare motors you could wire it for DC or
DCC. There might be a market for the TMCC parts if you did the
conversion, I've sold removed O scale TMCC stuff before....DaveBranum
